- MAO has posted a trailer and some player interviews talking about the upcoming FT5 between Prince ChunLi and Superstar Boxer on September 23.
- Amipara Technoland arcade (Chugoku) in the very west of Japan is now also joining the trend of FT5s. This one is between Hakumai Ryu and Ken Ichiro Ken. Video

- Sige Blanka is organizing one of the top online tournaments in Europe called King of Fightcade 2018. The 18 participating players have been preselected to play during some weeks: Max31, Balcork, Zagi, Wolmar, Milanea, Myco, Oldsamir, Bansheebot, Er Commander, Shari, 41i45, FortEuropa, DJ-Sylenth, Pijo80, Quenellier, Kouni, Spiritmad, Shari, FortEuropa.
