Mattsun joins Shogatsu to attend Defend the North!

The post-Evo schedule is usually light with ST events in the US but Defend the North is shaping up to be an incredible event.
JoshC announced last month that the O. Honda grandmaster, Shogatsu will be making his first US appearance at DTN. Now a second announcement has taken place with Mattsun also confirming his attendance at DTN!
The tournament will be held on UD-CPS2 Superguns and H2H Astro City Cab. There will also be special events following the tournament including a FT10 Death Match between Shogatsu and Damdai!
The tournament will be streamed and details will be released as they are available.

JoshC has just announced that Defend the North (DTN), which is taking place on October 24th, will feature a special guest from Japan: Shogatsu!
The tournament will be held on UD-CPS2 Superguns and H2H Astro City Cab. There will also be special events following the tournament including a FT10 Death Match between Shogatsu and Damdai!

Hey everyone! We’re excited to finally announce the details for the Evo 2015 Super Turbo Side Tournaments! I know a lot of you have been looking forward to seeing this legacy fighting game make a return to the world’s greatest fighting game tournament, so here are the details:
We will be doing two tournaments this year: a Singles Tournament and a Team 2v2 Tournament. The following is the tentativeschedule and rule set for the tournaments.
