Don’s Arcade ToL II Qualifier – June 14th

Don’s Arcade will be hosting the final TOURNAMENT OF LEGENDS II qualifier prior to EVO on June 14th starting at 6PM PST.  There will be four H2H cabinets available for the tournament and casuals.  The tournament will be streamed by Arkadeum.  Please text  310-344-9367 if you need directions.

Format:
– Double elimination.
– 3/5 games.
– Akuma is banned.
Entry fee:
– $10 entry fee + $5 venue fee
– Payout: 1st – 80% / 2nd – 20% / 3rd – Entry Fee (20% will go to STR to help tournament expenses for EVO)
Japanese Invite #6 for X-MANIA USA & ToL II is Hanashi!

Japanese Grandmaster, Hanashi has accepted an invite and confirmed his participation for X-MANIA USA and TOURNAMENT OF LEGENDS II at EVO 2014! Hanashi is considered by many to be the top Fei Long player in Japan. Among his notable tournament results is 3rd place at X-MANIA XIII (2012), 5th place at X-MANIA XI (2010) and winning X-MANIA Europe 3 last year and also placing 2nd in the solo and 3vs3 tournaments.

Nakamura Cammy is Invite #5 for X-MANIA USA / ToL II!

Japanese Grandmaster, Nakamura has confirmed his participation for X-MANIA USA and TOURNAMENT OF LEGENDS II at EVO 2014! Nakamura is considered the #1 Cammy player of all time but don’t let his character choice fool you. His experience and skill can beat anyone at any time as evidenced in the match below against Otochun. He has placed 2nd and 5th at X-MANIA in the past and just recently 5th at Gian Recital this past weekend.

| Japanese Grandmaster, Mattsun has confirmed his participation for X-MANIA USA and TOURNAMENT OF LEGENDS II at EVO 2014!  Mattsun is the organizer of the X-MANIA series in Japan and we were excited to work with him to bring X-MANIA to the USA this year for Evo and now we are happy to announce his participation at X-MANIA USA!  He is famous for being one of the top Ken players in Japan and among his notable championships is X-MANIA XII in 2011 with KKY and Kikai.  Recently, he’s also placed 2nd at X-MANIA XI in 2010, 3rd at SBO 2011 and 2nd at Gian Recital 2013. |
